The 3rd Annual Hometown Sound Competition is back! After last year’s unexpected cancellation, we are thrilled to reintroduce our talented finalists who earned their spot on North Dakota’s most prestigious stage. These incredible musicians will now have their long-awaited chance to shine as they compete for the grand prize of $2,000 and the opportunity to open for the renowned Sawyer Brown on July 23, 2025, at the North Dakota State Fair Grandstand.

This competition, dedicated to showcasing pure musical talent, is exclusively for non-professional musicians aged 16 and above who are North Dakota residents. While no new applications are being accepted this year, we invite you to support and celebrate our deserving finalists as they take center stage.
