ND State Fair Arm Wrestling Championship

Saturday, July 25 | SRT Park Festival Tent | North Dakota State Fairgrounds

Ready to pull? The ND State Fair Arm Wrestling Championship is an Open Class (18+) competition featuring left- and right-arm divisions for both men and women. Onsite registration only—competitors will complete a weigh-in for class placement before the first bout.

Event Schedule

Registration + Weigh-In: Begins at 10:30 AM (onsite)
First Bout: Begins around 1:00 PM
Location: SRT Park Festival Tent

Registration Details

  • Onsite registration only (no pre-registration)

  • Fee: $30 per arm
    (Example: pulling both arms = $60 total)

  • Entry Cap: Up to 80 total entries

  • Commemorative T-Shirt: The first 50 entries receive a commemorative event t-shirt

Weight Classes

This is an Open Class competition with divisions by weight. All classes compete Left Arm and Right Arm.

Men’s Division

  • 0–176 lbs (Left & Right)

  • 177–198 lbs (Left & Right)

  • 199–221 lbs (Left & Right)

  • 222+ lbs (Left & Right)

Women’s Division

  • 0–154 lbs (Left & Right)

  • 155+ lbs (Left & Right)

Waiver Requirement

A signed waiver is required to compete.
Waivers will be available onsite and must be completed prior to participation.
