The North Dakota State Fair features many large buildings that are ideal for housing seasonal vehicles over the long winter. The buildings feature large doors that are perfect for cold storage of any size. The storage season begins in September and runs into April. Starting September 9, 2024, the State Fair will be accepting units to be stored into late March/mid-April. They may be brought in Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Due to Badlands Circuit Finals, Hostfest, and the Big One Craft Show traffic, we will NOT ACCEPT storage from September 20 through September 30, October 10 through 15, or November 1.
Storage Rental Process
1. Contact the State Fair Center at 857-7620 to check availability and pricing.
2. Submit full payment for rental to reserve a storage space.*
3. Drop off item to be stored and sign contract.
4. Pick up on scheduled “out” date in late spring. Each unit must be retrieved on the specified out date.
*Once payment is made for your reservation, no refunds will be processed.
