All teams are required to attend. All team members must pay for entrance onto the fairgrounds. Each team will receive ONE trailer pass. This is NOT negotiable. Divider Payment An entry fee of $180 must accompany the application for it to be accepted. Payments can be made via card by contacting the State Fair Office at 701-857-7620. Teams qualifying for the Championship round on Thursday, July 24, must register and pay $228 ($180 Registration & $48 4-Gate Passes) to compete for the Championship. Acknowledgement/Authorization * If my team qualifies for Ranch Rodeo Finals on Thursday, July 24, 2025, I confirm and authorize the North Dakota State Fair to register my team and process a $228 charge to the card on file for entry fees ($180) and gate admission for 4 team member ($48).
