“This is something we’ve never done before at the North Dakota State Fair,” said Craig Rudland, NDSF General Manager. “We’ve had hip-hop acts in the past, but never four major artists in a single night. ‘Turn Up, ND!’ brings a lineup of well-known performers with decades of hits, making this a must-see night for fans of the genre.”

Bow Wow – Dubbed “Mr. 106 & Park,” Bow Wow has remained a dominant force in music, television, and film for nearly 25 years. He has sold over 10 million albums, headlined the groundbreaking Scream Tour, and starred in major films like Like Mike, Roll Bounce, and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. Recently, he hosted the BET Awards’ “House of BET” and serves as the executive producer and star of WeTV’s hit show Growing Up Hip Hop.

With additional hits like Turn My Swag On and Kiss Me Thru the Phone, Soulja Boy has remained a major influence in hip-hop and social media culture. Beyond music, he has built a successful career in video game development, record production, and entrepreneurship, proving his impact extends far beyond the mic.

Rick Ross – A hip-hop mogul, entrepreneur, and lyrical powerhouse, Rick Ross made a legendary entrance into rap with Hustlin’, leading to a No. 1 debut album, Port of Miami. Over the years, he has released multiple Top 10 albums, including Trilla, Deeper Than Rap, and God Forgives, I Don’t.
