With 64 food vendors, including six exciting new additions, and 254 commercial vendors featuring 44 new businesses, the 2026 North Dakota State Fair is bringing more flavors, more shopping, and more reasons than ever to spend the day exploring the fairgrounds.
Whether you’re looking for your next favorite Fair food or searching for a unique shopping find, there’s something new around every corner.
Among this year’s newest food vendors:
Boki Food Service is serving up creative twists on classic comfort food with items like the Donut Bacon Burger, French Toast Burger, Donut Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, and other over-the-top creations sure to become social media favorites.
Craving something savory? Fire Wok Noodles brings made-to-order bowls featuring steak, chicken, shrimp, fresh vegetables, noodles, or rice.
Meat lovers won’t want to miss Sirloin Steak Tips, serving tender steak tips, hearty sandwiches, and satisfying meals perfect for fueling another day at the Fair.
Need to cool off? Polar Bear Ice Cream offers homemade hard-scooped and soft serve ice cream, frozen cheesecake, milkshakes, floats, and other frozen treats.
Back by popular demand, Rick’s Pizza is expanding with a second location near Gate B by Commercial II, making it even easier to grab its famous Pickle Pizza, now available from two locations on the fairgrounds.
Looking for something you’ve probably never tried before? Fresh Fruit Candy is introducing Tanghulu, a traditional Chinese treat made by coating fresh fruit on bamboo skewers in a thin layer of hardened sugar, creating a crisp, glass-like shell around each piece of fruit.

Visitors can browse 254 commercial vendors, including 44 brand-new businesses, offering everything
from handcrafted goods and home décor to clothing, specialty products, agriculture, demonstrations,
and innovative services.
