MINOT, N.D. – One of the North Dakota State Fair’s most anticipated traditions returned as Food Frenzy brought together local judges to sample some of the Fair’s newest and most popular menu items before the gates officially opened.
This annual event celebrates the creativity, flavor, and hard work of the Fair’s food vendors while giving them an opportunity to showcase their signature offerings in a friendly competition.
After tasting entries from vendors across the fairgrounds, this year’s Food Frenzy winners are:
- Quality Seafood Market “Coconut Shrimp/Seafood Market”
- Cobbler in a Cone “Peach Cobbler in a Cone with Bourbon Caramel Sauce”
- Meg-A-Latte Coffee House “1776 Mocha”
Congratulations to all three winners for earning top honors in this year’s competition.
The North Dakota State Fair extends its sincere appreciation to every food vendor who participated in Food Frenzy.
