MINOT, N.D. – Future rodeo stars took center stage as young fairgoers saddled up for one of the North Dakota State Fair’s most heartwarming traditions—the Stick Horse Race. Children ages 2–6 showed off their speed, enthusiasm, and determination as they raced their trusty stick horses to the finish line, creating unforgettable memories for families and spectators alike.
The North Dakota State Fair extends a sincere thank you to every child and family who participated. From first-time racers to seasoned stick horse competitors, each participant helped make the event a fun and memorable success.
